Ginger is one of our most seasoned and versatile trainers. Available for in studio or remote personal training as well as small group Pilates (mat or machines), she is also an extremely well rounded instructor with a number of certifications.
Her fitness career began with her certification through AFAA as a fitness instructor in 1991. She continued to learn and take courses to earn many more certifications through other organizations including AFAA and adding NDEITA, IDEA, WITS, SCW-EDU, YMCA, TurboKick, Internationall Kickboxing Assoc., Aquatics, FitKids, NETA, FITOUR, BodyPump, Schwinn Cycling, Zumba and Silver Sneakers.
Ginger Brien has taught a wide variety of classes from Stretching, Yoga and Pilates to Urban Rebounding, BootCamp and TurboKick. Her experience with group fitness classes and personal training spans across a wide range of ages from 6 years old to 90 years old. She has worked with all kinds of fitness tools, mini-trampolines, medicine, Pilates and stability balls, kettle bells, resistance bands, weighted bars and TRX, turning work-outs into “fun”-outs and playtime for adults, as well as children.
